With over 20 years of professional experience in early childhood education, dance instruction, and youth development across Texas, Kirstin Randall created Mighty Kids Creative Arts to fill a vital need for families. As a former professional cheerleader, captain, and choreographer for elite organizations—including the Houston Aeros and Texas Hurricanes—Kirstin knows firsthand the transformative power of performance, discipline, and teamwork.
Throughout her career as a studio owner and director, Kirstin’s greatest joy has always been watching a child transition from hesitant to unstoppable. As a mother herself, she understands the deep trust parents place in youth programs. Kirstin designed MKCA to be the kind of nurturing, high-quality environment she would want for her own children—a place where professionalism meets playfulness, and every child feels seen, valued, and inspired.
