At MKCA, there are no "dance kids" and "art kids." Every child in every track experiences the full creative arts curriculum - dance, visual art, public speaking, storytelling, poetry, and debate.  The track your child is placed in simply reflects their age and developmental stage, not what they'll learn or how much fun they'll have.

How do I know which track is right for my child?

Track placement is based on age/grade.  If your child is between ranges or has prior experiences, Ms. Kirstin "Coach K" will personally assess the best fit during a free trial class.

Can my child switch tracks?

Yes - we evaluate each child individually and will always recommend the environment where they'll thrive most.

Do all tracks participate in the MKCA Showcase?

Absolutely.  Every track is represented in our Spring MIGHTY Showcase - it's a celebration for every child, at every level.

What if my child is strong in one area but new to another?

That's the whole point of MKCA!  Our curriculum is designed to meet children where they are in each discipline and grow from there - no prior experience required in any area.
