Ms.  Kirstin, Founder & Artistic Director
Mighty Kids Creative Arts

Kirstin Randall is the Founder and Artistic Director of Mighty Kids Creative Arts, a mobile creative arts program dedicated to helping children build confidence, creativity, and communication skills through movement, art, and expressive voice. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, dance instruction, and youth development, Kirstin has worked with children from infancy through high-school age in schools, studios, and community-based programs throughout Texas. She is the former Owner and Artistic Director of Spring Academy of Dance and Red Satin Dance Productions, where she led curriculum development, choreography, recital production, and after-school enrichment programs for many students through the years. Kirstin’s background spans a wide range of disciplines, including dance, creative movement, public speaking foundations, storytelling, musical theater, and leadership development. Her teaching philosophy centers on meeting children where they are, honoring individual expression, and creating safe spaces where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated. In addition to her educational work, Kirstin performed professionally as a Pro Cheerleader, Captain, Choreographer, and Director for organizations such as the Houston Aeros Hockey team and Texas Hurricanes Arena Football. These leadership roles strengthened her passion for mentorship, teamwork, and performance excellence—values she now instills in her students. Kirstin is also a liver transplant survivor and autoimmune disease warrior, a journey that deepened her commitment to purpose-driven work, balance, and community impact. As a mother, she understands firsthand the importance of programs that nurture children’s confidence while supporting families and schools. Through Mighty Kids Creative Arts, Kirstin combines her professional expertise, lived experience, and heart for youth to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that empower children to express themselves boldly and confidently.
